General Shipping
Shipment of all products ordered via PayPal is done from the Bureau of Service and Goods in the United States. Ser-vice is not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any "reasonable" delay beyond our advertised delivery time frames. All orders are shipped via USPS. Orders being shipped to locations in the US will be sent Priority Mail, and international orders will be sent First Class Air Mail.
International Shipping
In addition to the information listed under General Shipping, international orders will be sent Global Priority Mail, when available. There is an additional fee of $12 [USD] that needs to be added to each order when being shipped out of the United States. This can be purchased below:

Return Policy
Any defective Ser-vice products purchased via the Paypal store can be returned to Ser-vice within 7 days of the order, for a full refund of the purchase, minus all shipping costs. Please email us using the contact information above to arrange a return or refund on your product.
For exchanges we have a fee of $5 [USD] to cover the return shipping, which can be purchased below.
